USER NOTICE

During filling your online application form, carefully upload your information details like Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Father's Name/Husband Name. During receiving of your original certificate it will be the same as per your uploaded information. Council will not take any responsibility for any mistake.

Kindly carry two copies of passport size photographs with all uploaded documents (both original and attested photocopies), along with your printed application form and paid receipt copies during your visit to the office of West Bengal Pharmacy Council for receiving your original registration certificate.

NOTICE FOR PHARMACIST PASSED FROM OTHER STATE

This is to notify to all Applicants those who have passed out from other State Pharmacy Institutions to select the respective State from scroll bar. Otherwise the online application will be automatically cancelled.

Required Documents

  1. All Marksheets of 8 Semesters of Bachelor of Pharmacy.
  2. Training Certificate (One month For Industrial Training or 150 hours For Hospital training).
  3. Age Proof Certificate (Class X Admit Card/ Birth Certificate).
  4. I.D. Proof: Voter I.D. Card / Aadhaar Card / Passport
  5. Character Certificates (In Original).
  6. 10+2 Marksheet (Scan Copy of Original).
  7. Attested Copy of Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate.
  8. Three Recent Passport Size Photographs (5 × 4 Cms).
  9. An affidavit (as per specimen copy in Website download section in case of applicant who has passed Degree in Pharmacy examination from an Institution within West Bengal and from other states for undertaking mentioning the authenticity of all documents submitted during New Registration.
  10. Proof of Employment of the candidate:
    (a) Employer's Certificate mentioning period of service, designation, head quarters etc. from relevant Firm/Company/Institution mentioning Drug License No's, if any.
    (b) In case of self employed persons (License): A self declaration on the letter pad of the relevant Firm/Company etc. mentioning Drug License No's if any.
  11. Affidavit (First Class Judicial Magistrate) as per specimen in Website Download Section in case of applicant who has been registered as pharmacist in other State Council.

While filling out your online renewal application form, carefully enter and upload all required information and documents, including Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Father’s Name, Aadhaar ID, Voter ID, Registration Certificate, and Professional Address Proof.

Please ensure that all information is accurate. The information printed on your original Renewal Certificate will be exactly as per the details submitted and uploaded in your online application. The Council will not be responsible for any errors or incorrect information submitted by the applicant.

Steps for Online Renewal

  1. Open any web browser and enter the following address in the address bar: https://online.wbspc.in. all the required and valid information, and then complete the Sign Up process.
  2. After successfully signing in, check the menu on the left side of the portal and click on the Registration Renewal tab.
  3. If this is your first time applying for online renewal, select New Application the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter your Registration Number and click on the Search icon. The portal will display your registered information.
  5. Carefully verify all the displayed information. If all the details are correct, upload the required valid documents in the Attachment section, including the format of the mandatory affidavit from a First-Class Judicial Magistrate as specified on the web portal, and then submit your application. Before final submission, thoroughly recheck all the entered information and uploaded attachments to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and correct.
  6. After submitting the application, it will be placed under the Verification Process. Please wait for the administrative verification process to be completed and regularly check your registered email for updates.

Note: In case of renewalcertificate through postal services, postal charges are subject tochange from time to time. The applicable postal charges prevailing at the time of dispatch shall be payable by the concerned Registered Pharmacist.
